membership rights are given immediately, but you must authenticate your account through

If you are a developer, enter the values including the email address from your PAD file in order to be able to manage those programs (if you just got an email that told you to LOGIN HERE, fill in the password and email address and select any username you like).

There are two types of users who can manage content on our website. The first type of user is the developer who wrote the great software that we have on our site. The other type of user is simply anybody who wants to contribute content to our site.
Developers
As a registered author, it is possible to promote your software. Read about our important information regarding the EXTREMELY low promotional rates to feature your software.
If your software already exists in our database (it was probably imported from ASP's PAD Repository), you have been sent an email with a username and password so that you can promote your software here.
Registered Users
