the DESCRIBE utility to track what your various files

If you are frustrated by the limitations of the Windows command prompt, TCC/LE is the one tool you truly need. FreeEject is a free, light-weight utility used to eject removable media such as REV, DVD/CD and Quikstor by simply specifying the drive letter associated with the media. It is run via command line and can be used within scripts, programs and batch files.

Alien commander - fight and destroy aliens , collect weapons and upgrade. Alien attacks - move your ship and fire aliens . Alien dash - you are in the city and you need to get to the other side of the street. Alien clones - shoot the bad guys.

Monkey Tools is a set of shell/console/command line utilities, as well as some GUI based applications that can be controlled from command line. The utilities include:

- iutil.exe is a tool that prevents more than one instance of any application you choose.

- appwarn.exe is a simple message box that displays a custom error message for your users.

- nocmd.exe is a tool that allow you to run a dos script without the contents of a command window (hidden).

- messagebox.exe is a console tool that allows you to bring up a number of different types of message box onto a Windows desktop.

- shutdown.exe (and command.exe), is a console tool that allows you to shutdown, restart, log off or lock your PC.

- geturltext.exe is a console tool that retrieves all the text from a web page.

- wait.exe is a console tool that pauses a script for a specific amount of time.

- associate.exe is a tool that allow you to add file associations for Windows.

ALIGN aligns data in ASCII text files into neat columns.
Also converts comma-delimited files to columns with 2 spaces
between each column. Input fields must be separated by
commas or white space. Fields may contain spaces if they
are enclosed in single or double quotes or C comments /* ...
*/ or //. The best way to understand this program is to try
it on a COPY of any ASCII Text file, especially one that
contains badly aligned columns of data. It left justifies
the output so it is designed for columns of text, rather
than numbers. C source is included. Copyrighted, but may
be distributed freely and used for any purpose except
military.

To use:

align.exe somefile.txt

Don't use it on Microsoft Word docs, except plain ASCII or
RTF

Plays one or more of the Standard Windows sounds, triggered
purely from the command line.

You can view the list with regedit. Not all of them are necessarily
hooked up to real sounds and not all of them will be in your registry.
What sounds they play depends on how they are configured in the control panel.

If you were daring you could even add your own and configure them.

These are NOT the same as the names in the control panel or the names
of the *.wav files.

Or you can specify a wav file e.g.

honk C:WindowsMediatada.wav

Honk is much faster than using mplayer or player. Nothing appears on the
screen. It will not hang up if several copies try to play at once.
