Greetings all from the Site Admin of the BetterWindowsSoftware Software forums.

To kick things off here, I want to ask the first question.

Does anybody recommend a free program for optimizing CSS stylesheets? I want to find a tool that will help optimize the size of the CSS files we use here - to make the site load faster.

The program doesn't have to be from BetterWindowsSoftware - either way, people need to be able to find Better Software for Windows - regardless which site hosts it, eh?

I have found two great resources on the web - don't know why you'd ever want to install a program that does this simple task.

They both give you a few options and a report of savings % after running. Good stuff!

BBCode for [padid=###]program title[/padid]

Postby admin on Fri Aug 18, 2006 4:20 am

The BBCode enhancement for PAD ID insertion now works.

For example, to post a link to program "EditPlus 2.21" - it's product # is 4328 (taken from the URL for the program: ../products-4328.html)

I could use:
Code: Select all
[padid=4328]EditPlus 2.21[/padid]

which yields: [padid=4328]EditPlus 2.21[/padid]
