    WinPopup NET Messenger is a network messaging program ( LAN CHAT ) for Windows, that will allow you to send LAN messages from one computer to another on the same network. You may send the message to the user name or computer name or workgorup name. This program has no relationship whatsoever to the Internet.

This site was designed for Firefox - even though the whole site functions on close to 100% of all browsers, there were some issues in the past with some CSS for IE browsers. We encourage you to - and make it your default web browser; you can still use IE to view any web page, but there are add-ons for Firefox that allows browsing to be switched to use the IE engine (look for an Add-on called "IE Tab").
I believe Firefox does it better and this has consistently been true.
I love the "Undo Close Tab" option - it is pure genius!!
