•  Description: WinMaster is a large collection of tools and utilities to simplify the use of Windows. Covering a wide range domains, WinMaster offers the possibility to browse disks and folders using several display modes (from classical to advanced ones like displaying preview of graphic files), also WinMaster lets you use any kind of picture (30+ well-known formats) to replace the Windows startup, end and stop pictures as well as the Windows background image (wallpaper).
