  I purchased the Walker Traffic Exchange software with pro installation and source code. When the Ventrino people installed the software it was full of glitches and database errors. When I contacted them they told me to post in the forum. I did post in their forum and nobody had a correct answer. When I complained they banned me from the forum. Ventrino never installed the software properly and refused to grant a refund. Very poor service.

  I recently purchased the Ventrino.com Walker Traffic Exchange Script. I was really excited because they concept is so good. I purchased the full source code version. Installation was included so I took the Ventrino people up on that. The first version of the software they put up did not even allow me to log into the admin area. They fixed that and did a new install. This one was full of database errors. I tried contacting them by email but they only accept emails regarding sales. So I went to the forum and posted my problem. Nobody fixed the problem. They did chastise me for posting on the wrong forum even though the forum was titled "Exchange Support." Finally they deleted all my posts and sales tickets without properly installing the software. It never worked even for 1 day. I begged them to set it up properly and they never did.
